  1. Feedback for Karen's Awesome App Design

    1. On the login screen (PPT slide 8), take a look at the BYU app sign in screen for ID card viewing. I like this design and it is easy to use. Maybe this is standardized across the BYU app, but if not, it's a good design to emulate. I just took a picture of it on my own phone.

    2. If I've set my BYU app to keep me signed in, will you require me to sign in again anyway, or will you accept that I'm permanently signed in to the BYU overall app? Just wondering.

    3. The choices to "Sign my Contract" and "View My Contract History"--I'm trying to look at this as if I were using the app to sign my teaching contract. "Sign my Contract" makes me think that if I click on that, I will have signed my contract. Is that what happens or does it take me to a screen where I can see my contract and then click on a check box to officially sign my contract? I can see from later slides that the answer is the latter--however, someone new to the app might not know that they will be able to see their contract first. So maybe reword it to a button that says "View & Sign Contract"

    4. The contract screen: Can I view those four items that I check the boxes of? If so, great. If not, it might be nice for those each to be a
pop up screen with the policy for a quick review if I'm not sure--or at least a summary of each item if the actual policy would be way too long along with a reference to where I can read the entire policy.

    5. Do you have a message pop up for if I try to accept my contract without checking each of the 4 boxes?

    6. On slide 15, I'm guessing a message more like "You have accepted [contract name]" instead of "Success".

    7. Overall, I really like the flow and function of the app as you've designed
it. I would love to be able to sign my contracts this way and look forward to being able to at some point.

Also, I'm wondering if BYU has a style guide that you must follow to join the BYU app family. I'm guessing so.
